We accept Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa. All payments are processed securely and are encrypted.

Yes. Your privacy and safety are our priority. Lamouria uses secure payment technology and never stores your card details.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible after making the purchase and we will do our best to help you.

Shipping and delivery

Yes! We offer free standard shipping to all countries we ship to, with no minimum purchase. Style and light for your home, delivered at no extra cost.

Orders usually arrive within 5 to 8 working days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

Currently, we also carry out international shipments. You can check to which countries we send and the corresponding conditions in our Shipping Policy.

First, check your tracking link. If more than 8 working days have passed and your order has not yet arrived, write to us at support@lamouria.com and we will investigate it immediately.

Returns and exchanges

You can return items within 14 days after delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, write to us at support@lamouria.com.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.

Of course. If you want a different size or model, please indicate it in your return email and we will help you with the exchange.
