14-Day Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your order. Whether the lamp does not fit your space or you simply changed your mind, you are covered.
For a return to be valid:

Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition.

Original tags and packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we do not classify any item as final sale. All items are returnable as long as the above conditions are met.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please send us an email at support@lamouria.com including your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide the necessary details.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect or arrived damaged.
No Restocking Fees
We never charge restocking fees. What you see is what you get, even when it comes to our return policy.
Refund Timeframes
Once we have received and approved your return, we will initiate your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional days to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request; we will be happy to help you find the right lamp.
